July is World Watercolor Month, and I’ve been splashing around quite a bit during the last few weeks — mostly with the birds.  🙂    So I thought I’d share a few of the paintings I’ve done to celebrate watercolor this month.

I’ve been a little too busy to post much this whole past week, and I just realized that I never did put up any more samples from my new art shop. So I thought I’d take the time today to at least put up some photos of a few more varieties of products available. I’ve added several more art pieces to the collection, and I will continue to add more. So periodically, I’ll post about the newest things out there. Most of the designs are available on scores of different products, but I’m just throwing out a sample.

MY NEW ART SHOP

I am so excited!!!

I’ve been thinking about making more of my artwork available for purchase, so have been checking out various venues, both online and on the streets. At this point, I’ve decided to stick primarily with an online shop, because some of the people who have expressed interest in my work would not be in a position to visit any local stores or art shops. After researching several online sites that assist with making art available on multiple products, and also handle the shipping, I decided to open a shop on Redbubble.
 
Most of you have been so encouraging about my art over the past 3 years that I thought you might like to know the new shop is now open for business. There are scores of items available with my artwork on them — laptop and phone cases, caps, clothing items, clocks, throw pillows, tote bags, coasters, journals, shower curtains, greeting cards and art prints — just to name a few. I am including a few pictures in this post — a small sample of products. I’ll also be continuing to add more artwork over the next few weeks.

KEEPING CHRISTMAS

CHRISTMAS POETRY: Wonderful gift for someone you love.
 
Christmas is my favorite time of year, so, naturally, I’ve written multiple poems about it. This year, I decided that it was time to collect them from the various nooks and crannies where they’ve been tucked away and bind them up together as my special Christmas gift to friends and family. I hope some of you, my WordPress friends and family will enjoy them as well.
