I came here to tell you I’m adding you to my Blogroll with a little ‘Light’ Joke of, “Oh…Don’t Pee Yourself…like anyone looks at Blogrolls”..
But, then…you floored me…with this awesome reality…
I pray Many will find your heart felt site…on my blogroll, or elsewhere…
Actually, I know…God will send those with ears to hear…
As you are a light in the midst of a dark world in need…
Isaiah 55:11
So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.
Hey, that’s great about adding this site to your blogroll. I’ll do the same for yours. Believe it or not, I actually do look at them and click on things that look interesting. I’ve come across several sites that I liked that way.
In fact, one site that I picked up from a “regular” site led me to a poet in Australia, who had written two poems that went right along with some of the points I’m trying to make on my “Happy Patriot” site. I asked him if I could use them, and he was happy to oblige. That way, they went up on my Facebook page too, and now a lot more people know about him. So you just never know where a blogroll might lead.
Oh, and mentioning ‘Happy Patriot” reminds me that, since I communicate with you often, perhaps I should tell you — if I did not — and I don’t remember if I did or not — so —
Having three blogs on here can get just a little confusing, and sometimes I don’t pay attention to which one I’m logged into before I make a comment on someone else’s blog. And I might refer to something I said from this site, not realizing that the person I’m addressing doesn’t know I’m the same person. So, to save confusion, I’ll tell you that “Sandra Conner … By The Book,” “Hangin’ Out With God,” and “Happy Patriot” are one and the same person.
That way if I start a conversation here, but happen to be on your site tomorrow from one of the other sites and comment as if I were still in the same conversation, you’ll know it’s me. (Well grammatically that should be * I * but it always sounds so ridiculous!).
By the way, I was just thinking about the name of your blog and wondering: Did you ever hear that powerful song by Dottie Rambo and her husband — “Mighty Sons of Thunder and Daughters of the Light”? It must have been a good twenty years ago that it was current, and I haven’t heard it in many years myself. But as soon as I saw the name of your blog several weeks ago, I thought of it instantly.
No can’t say as I recall that one…she wrote so many….wow
I too had a couple of other websites at one time, not blogs necessarily, although one Christian site I had for three years had a blog as well as a chat room…Christian Chat Rooms can get as ugly as secular ones at times…Anyway, yeah was a lot to keep up with.

P.S. My blog name comes from John, and James in Mark chapter 3.
Mark 3:17
And James the son of Zebedee, and John the brother of James; and he surnamed them Boanerges, which is, The sons of thunder:
Bless You
This is indeed a powerful and important truth! And one that satan has been trying to distort ever since. Thanks for posting it. May the Lord bless you abundantly.
A great new take on the WPC…I say ‘great’ but it is indeed not great what happened to Him. I was just saying to my friend the other day that I cannot bring myself to watch “The Passion of Christ” which is all about the last moments and actions surrounding his life, it’s too painful. But I like that you have used this as another take on the WPC “Distorted” (now I don’t know whether to make a 🙂 or a 😦 , but as it’s a new take on it, it will be a 🙂 )
Thank you. As you’ve probably figured out by now, I’m also the person behind the “Hangin’ Out With God” blog, and after I used this on that site, I decided I needed to post it here too. That way a number of people who visit here, but who would not visit a site that is more about ministry, can see it too.
Beautiful job!! We so love this verse and believe it with all our hearts. Ted and Pam
