I’m doing only cinquain during this year’s National Poetry Writing Month challenge, and since today is National Siblings Day in the U. S., this subject seemed appropriate.

Sisters
I have but one,
And always we’ve been close –
As little girls and ladies grown;
We’re blessed.

Thank you. This particular form seems to be a big relaxer for me. If I’m stressed, I often turn to writing cinquain to help de-stress.
Thats cool…writing is in itself a de-stresser many a times 🙂
