Here’s mine:Mom says I watch too much TV.
And if I do not change,
My body will quite chubby be,
And I’ll have sluggish brains.
She tells me that I need to read,
Study science and math,
And that I need to exercise,
Run up and down the path.
I’d like to make her smile at me
To please her I don’t mind.
But day and night my programs air;
I just have no free time!
But I have promised I will do
My best – some day – she’ll see.
As soon as I have finished with
My programs on TV.
I like the rhyming, even if I say a little dodgey; polite expression in case you are wondering. enjoyed it.
Dodgey sounds good to me. Actually, with all the problems I’m dealing with, I had forgotten that I didn’t have a Tickle Me Tuesday post up yet. So I had to hurry up and write this. As a result, it’s not something I’d present as a symbol of my “best” work, but it will at least make people grin — I hope.
Great and it made me smile. I missed mine today because I’m still in hospital. Hope to get out tomorrow, I hope
I hope you do too. I was praying for you again this morning.
Still here, but tomorrow, he, the Dr said this morning. Thanks.
