Weekly Smile 80

Well, this week I’m sharing a lot more than a smile. I’m sure no one can watch this video without smiling, but I have to tell you that I laughed out loud — several times. These delightful birds had so much fun in this fountain. Several of them got completely carried away shoving their heads down into the bubbling font where the water was flowing in. And then they just threw the water all over themselves. In a couple segments of the tape, one of the birds keeps stepping on another whose just below him in an effort to get higher up on the fountain itself. If you want an hour of rest, refreshment, and just plain fun, watch this. Or just watch part of it. You’ll be glad you did.

  1. Hi Sandra thanks for sharing this. I’m going to have to share this with my mother. She’s always wanted a birdbath or a fountain or a birdfeeder. She sits out on the back patio all the time watching the blue jays flying back and forth and in and out of a tree that she calls the bird condo.

    1. There are about 3 different sections where one bird or another keeps pushing his head down into that bubbling font area where the water’s coming in. They they shake it all over themselves, and just keep doing it again and again. That’s the part I had to laugh out loud at.

  2. Thank you for sharing the bird video. They birds are so funny. I only had a quick look but special. My smile included how my dog makes me smile and it links through to a good article on how pets lift your mood and these birds do the same.
I hope you have plenty of smiles throughout the coming week.
    xx Rowena

  3. Thank you. I’m still trying to get to everyone else’s smile post as well. I think I’ve only visited 2 others so far, but I’ll be over to yours soon. I really like this challenge.

Hey, don't you dare go away without leaving me a note!
